Project Manager Offshore & Engineering

Are you an experienced Project Manager who can successfully lead multidisciplinary technical projects? This is your chance to take ownership of challenging projects in the offshore and energy sector and contribute to the energy transition.

What will you do?

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing medium to large multidisciplinary projects within the offshore industry. These projects include offshore substations, topside structures and renewable energy solutions.

You will ensure that projects are delivered successfully within scope, schedule and budget, in line with contractual agreements. You will safeguard quality, risks and progress while ensuring maximum client satisfaction.

Your key tasks include:

• Acting as the main point of contact for the client and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• Providing input during the tender phase regarding risks, optimisations and project strategies.
• Managing contractual matters and identifying commercial opportunities.
• Leading the project team, motivating colleagues and ensuring project objectives are achieved.

What do you bring?

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical, civil or electrical engineering).
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the offshore or engineering industry.
• EPC(I) project management experience (strong advantage).
• Knowledge of project controls, cost management and ERP systems.
• Preferably experience with Primavera P6.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus.
• You are a natural leader with the ability to manage complex projects, keep oversight under pressure and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
