Starting with a clear roadmap we eventually worked towards an unique customized solution, the HRPP FlexPool. A pool of the highest educated safety professionals 24/7 available for Royal Vopak. Employable on every location, at any time and for the needed duration. Together with the IT system developed by HRPP it turns out to be a huge cost saving solution leading to quality increases and flexibility improvement. To this day, the HRPP FlexPool is deployed at the largest petrochemical terminals in Europe.

HRPP Remote Services is an unique market concept based on pay-per-activity instead of the traditional pay-per-hour method. Meaning, the client only pays for the actual performed tasks. When the workload is low (few tasks), the presented cost will be low also. This will lead to a significant project cost reduction.
The HRPP Remote Services Teams consists of more than 30 experienced professionals, all fully trained and educated (minimal bachelor level). Their work experience on multiple projects for several companies, knowledge of business processes and various document control systems makes HRPP a knowledgeable expert within the document control and expediting field.
