Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer, you play a key role in multidisciplinary offshore and onshore oil & gas projects. You coordinate engineering teams across process, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation disciplines, ensuring seamless integration and alignment. You support project management in controlling budget, schedule, and quality, and on selected projects, you take the lead yourself. Your contribution directly impacts safe, efficient, and successful project delivery.

You translate client requirements into technically robust and cost-effective process solutions. From concept development and FEED to detailed engineering and procurement, you manage technical interfaces, coordinate tender processes, and make well-founded cross-disciplinary decisions. You prepare specifications and contract documentation in line with industry standards, creating a solid foundation for execution and long-term operational reliability. By connecting engineering, operations, and client objectives, you minimize risk and maximize performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Chemical/Process, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering).
• Proven experience in offshore and/or onshore oil & gas and process industry projects, working on preferable EPC projects during the FEED phase.
• Experience as a Project Engineer or Lead Engineer within an engineering environment is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary process installations and system integration.
• Confident in stakeholder management and contract negotiations.
• Willingness to work on-site when required.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
