Sr. Welding Engineer

Purpose
The Senior Engineer is responsible for developing and delivering engineering solutions that meet high standards of safety, reliability, and sustainability, contributing to project success and long-term organizational objectives. 

Responsibilities 

• Select appropriate methods, tools, and procedures, and execute engineering activities in line with project specifications, international codes, and industry standards.  
• Plan, manage, and deliver assigned scope within agreed timelines and budgets, ensuring proper integration across system interfaces.  
• Ensure all deliverables comply with contractual requirements and internal quality standards.  
• Apply lessons learned and assess the impact of changes across system and project boundaries.  
• Coordinate effectively with vendors, subcontractors, and third parties to ensure alignment with project requirements.  
• Take technical responsibility as Package Engineer for the design, procurement, and manufacturing of assigned packages when required.  
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineers within the assigned scope.  
• Act as Discipline Lead for specific scopes of work where applicable.  

Education 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline  

Experience 

• 5–10 years of experience within the Oil & Gas or offshore energy industry
