A good practical example is the one of Royal Vopak. HRPP Solutions was contacted to find a long term solution for several petrochemical terminals. There were some major issues with the safety, personnel and shift flexibility (24/7 operational). Starting with a clear roadmap we eventually worked towards an unique customized solution, the HRPP FlexPool. A pool of the highest educated safety professionals 24/7 available for Royal Vopak. Employable on every location, at any time and for the needed duration. Together with the IT system developed by HRPP it turns out to be a huge cost saving solution leading to quality increases and flexibility improvement. To this day, the HRPP FlexPool is deployed at the largest petrochemical terminals in Europe.

HRPP Remote Services teams consist of more than 30 experienced professionals, all fully trained and qualified. From our dedicated Remote Services Office in Schiedam, the Netherlands, we support international clients across a wide range of complex projects.
Within this central location, day-to-day operations are not only coordinated but also closely managed by our own managers, coordinators and leads. They train our document controllers, ensure quality control, and are responsible for continuous supervision, performance monitoring, and optimal workforce planning.
